Lauren Metzler is an artist, author, and illustrator creating whimsical worlds filled with silliness, sparkle, and side quests! Originally from Oregon, she now lives in Sydney, Australia. She is inspired by the ocean, Aussie lifestyle and wildlife, cozy gaming, and self care side quests!
Through illustration and storytelling, Lauren creates artwork that explores creativity, self expression, Neurodiversity, belonging and the courage to be your weird wonderful selves!
Lauren's comic work has appeared in Someone Like Me: An Autism Anthology, published by University of Queensland Press. Her debut graphic novel, Side Quest, is coming soon from Allen & Unwin.
